Magical Memories www.scentedwithlove.com
On 8/9/10 I began this incredible journey with Scentsy...
I really didn't have high expectations when I started...just to fulfill my promise to my husband...my promise to give it 100%.
All I knew was that I had found a product that I LOVED, and I figured that if I loved it, and my friends loved it...then it would be easy to share my love of Scentsy with others :) ...and it has been that, and SO much more.
So, I signed up in August, and then found out that from August through January the company was holding an "incentive period" where we (as consultants) were able to qualify for an all-expense paid "Magical Memories" trip to Disney World :)
When I first started my business it really took off! The holidays were a great catalyst, along with a local fundraiser I did with the Rex Putnam Girls Softball team (earning them new uniforms). By the time January rolled around I was getting close to my goal of qualifying for the trip!
However, life happened, and some issues arose in my family that needed my attention. I was bummed, thinking I'd missed my chance...until the owners (Heidi and Orville) announced that they were going to be giving all of us 5,000 extra points towards earning the trip!
I was elated! I was going to WALT DISNEY WORLD!! :)
So, June came, and what a great experience it was...
My husband (Jere) and I flew out to Florida...we spent the night near Sea World together...and had a much needed date night. The next day Jere dropped me at the Disney Resort (where I would be meeting up with all of the other qualifying Scentsy reps) and he headed south to go fishing and visit friends of the family.
I met the owners of our company (AWESOME!) and made friends with a handful of other Scentsy consultants...ranging from Star consultants to Superstar Directors!
I love the philosophy of our company...the constant attention to the value of giving to others. Always give more than you take...
I am SO incredibly grateful for what Scentsy has become in my life, and am motivated to continue towards my many other goals that I have.
Today I have 8 ladies on my team...as I am nearing my one year anniversary with the company.
My goal is to become Director by January and to have 14 or more members on my team :)
